Speed up your Internet Browsing Experience

Here is a quick and easy way to speed up your Internet browsing experience without having to pay a dime. It's called Open DNS and with this little add-on in your Network Preferences you might enjoy a boost in speed surfing the web.

Here is a quick way to add this functionality to any Mac.

Go into your System Preferences/Network Settings and click on your current Internet Connection on the left-hand side

Then click the Advanced Tab on the bottom right side of that window and click the add or (+) button at the bottom left corner and add in these 2 servers in no particular order.

That's it! Give it a try and if you want to find out more check out their website for help or questions you may have. You can also configure your router to use Open DNS as well. Open DNS Router Setup Instr.
